Well, my new years resolutions are going well...
Apologies for the lack of posts. I have been very busy with food technology coursework. But it is all FINALLY over. It's such a relief to have handed it in. I am pretty pleased with what I submitted, but even if I haven't included something, which I should have done, it is too late. Strangely, this is also a comfort because I know that, either way, I never have to write about food again.
Anyway, the following posts are about 2 months late. Sorry!
